Perimeter Seam. Why stops hotend on end and/or start

S3DI have problems long time with blobs on start and or stop on each periemter.
It results in visible and touchable seam on outershell.I tried nearly all combinations ( ) of retraction, restartretraction, coasting, etc... combined with diffenrent sets of linear compreassion. Printed a lot test "towers".
I noted the "best" seam result on layers with NO retraction (all retraction settings disabled).
I noted that activating any retraction settings (even just coasting activated) result in short stops from the hotend at start and especially at the end of perimeter. in this time the blobs are created.
That's the reason why the prints with no retraction result in better outlines - better seam.
Since the seam ist still far away from perfect, i would like to pimp them with the retraction settings. Unfortunately, these settings make the result worse as i tried to describe above.
The one solution i could imagine is to accelerate the extruder. But i think my speed settings in config should be fast enought - if not even to fast.

maybe you forgot to configure your thermistors correctly and are printing at the wrong temperature.
