      Is there a way to set an offset in M308?

      I have 100K ohm NTC 3950 in both the hot end and bed, but the both read a coupe of degrees out.

      ; Heaters
      M308 S0 P"bedtemp" Y"thermistor"T100000 B3950 C0 R4700 A"Bed Temp"  ;
      M308 S1 P"e0temp" Y"thermistor" T100000 B3950 C0 R4700 A"Hotend Temp"   ;

        beta 3950 thermistors are not good for accuracy

        the best way to adjust them is to measure the resistance at 25, 160, 220 using a known good temperature measuring device. then use those values to calculate the B and C for your thermistor.

        or you could replace them for example with semitec 104 thermistors.

        I personally use pt1000.
