Filament smart sensor issue Duet 3

Hello guys,
I’m having an issue with my filament sensor on my duet 3. You can send M591 D0 and it will report filament usage and % accuracy just like it should.
The problem is when I force an issue to test like filament out it pauses the print but that’s it. It doesn’t run the pause.g file and the screen says pausing not paused. We are locked up at this point. It won’t resume or anything.

Where is the sensor connected? -
3.1.1 version Duet 3
This is my config.
Sensor is mounted right on top of the extruderM591 D0 P7 C" io6.in" S1 R80:140 L6.5 E7.0 ; Duet3D plus-generating sensor for extruder drive 0 is connected to pin io6.in endstop input, enabled, sensitivity 6.rev, 80% to 140% tolerance, 7 mm detection length
M591 D0 -
@Phaedrux It is connected to Io6 3.1.1. I have tried to upgrade but everytime I do my sbc stops working. It will no longer connect to the DWC. I rolled it back to 3.1.1 and its working fine.

Can you share the result of M122 and M98 P"config.g"? Also your full config.g
