      can I run 3 stepper motors with external drivers and 2 servo motors with external drivers on the same expansion breakout board from a duet 2?

      I understand duet 3 can't run servo motor yet, so duet 2...

        If the duet2 can run your servo, odds are the duet3 can as well. limitation apply to can based servos only afaik.

        Step/dir and rc-servo style pulse widt control ought work
