Duet MB6HC board is not connected by Ethernet

Hi,
today my Duet 3 Motherboard is not connected and we have tried using YAT terminal . command is going but Not Receive any feedback
Also try firmware update but not able to connected -
All light is powerup. and also firmware is uploaded. but when we connect to YAT terminal it not reply when we send the command. also trying using raspberry pi, but it is not botting.

Go through this to get connected with YAT. Duet3 should be the same as for the Duet2 Ethernet.
