Turn light on or off via URL

I have the enclosure lights set up like a fan on my diet. At night, there’s no reason to leave them on, at least not at full brightness. I want to set up a Siri shortcut that turns that light on or off. How do I set a fan speed via URL?

i just had a look in the web browser console which command is send from the web ui
