Is there any Gcode to activate the motors without making a home, like the M17?

M17 is implemented in 3.3 beta 1 according to the release notes:

I have RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi / Ethernet 3.2.2
Could I update to 3.3 without problems?

That is hard to say, it is a beta afterall. But you can always downgrade again if things doesn't work for you.

You could also send a G1 move with a very very small distance.

Yes, Ok, if it is currently how I have it with a G1.
