Delta Homing Issue

I have a delta running a Duet WiFi 1.04 and the latest RRF. If I power on or reset the machine while the print head is close to the bed the machine thinks it's at Z max when it first starts so when it gets to the endstop switches at the top it thinks it's at Z1034 instead of the actual height set in config.g and causes the error:
Error: G0/G1 : Target not reachable from current position.Anyone know what's causing this? I know my endstops are way out, I'll be fixing that soon but that shouldn't cause the error since I move down far enough to zero the X/Y axis before hand.
Here's my config.g (M501 disabled for testing):

; Endstops M574 X1 S1 P"xstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on X via pin xstop M574 Y1 S1 P"ystop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Y via pin ystop M574 Z1 S1 P"zstop" ; configure active-high endstop for low end on Z via pin zstop
That's not right for a delta. The endstops are at the top at the max end of travel, but you have it configured as the min end of travel.
Change X1 Y1 Z1 to X2 Y2 Z2

Yes that was exactly the problem. Funny thing is I selected delta in the config tool so I don't know why it was set that way. I just checked the config that I downloaded originally and it was set to high end. If I had changed it to X1 Y1 S1 I would likely not have changed the description so I'm stumped how this happened...

M666 X7.120 Y0.431 Z-7.551 A0.00 B0.00 ; put your endstop adjustments here, or let auto calibration find them
your endstops are very far apart
thats why in your homing the
G1 Z-15 F5000 ; move down a few mm so that the nozzle can be centred
is not enought.i would suggest you adjust your endstops if possible
