I am 39 hours in a 3 day long print on my IDEX coreXY, Second morning I come to see that the part cooling fan is off . Sending M106 P0 S0.3 H-1 is turning it on again. The part is bit technical PETG prototype, so printing parts of it without cooling is ok as far there will be some post-processing anyway. I wen trough the gcode but there is nothing suspicious
      Any ideas
      I am with PRF 3.2.2

@martin7404 Fan commands during print usually come from the slicer. Are you sure there are no M106 S0 or M107 commands in the gcode file? The easiest way to check is open the file in a text editor such as notepad++ and search for M106 and M107.

I did already checked , there is no 107 except in the beginning and end all M106 are:
          M106 S76.5
          or
          M106 S127.5
There is nothing wrong with the gcode

Do you happen to be using fan override for infill or something in your slicer settings?

During print slicer switches betwen 50 and 30 % fan
              M106 S76.5 for 30%
              and
              M106 S127.5
ther si no 107 or 106 s0 comand in the Gcode except in the end

Does the fan spin properly if you manually send those speeds? Perhaps your fan doesn't like to PWM down to that speed. A higher PWM frequency may be required?

Try frequency values between 1000 and 30000.
