    Hello,

I just connected my Duet2 Wifi and my Duex5 board. So far everything works (stepper motors, BLTouch, extruder heater, thermistor etc.) What does not work are some outputs such as the fan outputs. There is also no voltage here during measurements. Is there anything I can control or measure? Or what could be broken?

    Many Thanks!

The always on fan headers should work at all times.

The PWM fans need to be configured and controlled.

There is a fan fuse that may have blown, so check that.

The fan mosfets may also be damaged.

What do you have connected and how do you have it configured?
