What is the command to set the height between probe points?

I changed the blue painters tape on my bed and now the IR probe skips between probe points.

I cannot seem to locate the command that tells the Duet how far to move the head up between probe points.
I remember changing it at one time..?
Total blank.

G31 X0 Y0 Z1.00 P500

Not the Z parameter is it?
