      6HC + 3HC + 3HC merged PWM fans.

Is this possible. Basically, if any of the 3 boards varies in temperature the fans will adjust.

1 PWM case fan running off the hottest of the 3 MCU (varying speed). If 6HC is hot then speed up fan. Then if one of the 3HC gets hotter then the fans are speed up for that heat.

1 PWM Drivers fan trigger on when trinamic drivers on any of the 3 boards get hot or gives warnings.

Basically, I want 2 PWM Fans that each monitor a set of temps and if any reach a level set, then fans runs.

      Thanks

I think that's possible using 3.2.2 or 3.3 firmware if the fans are connected to the main board.
