Cant back out 3.3 on Troodon Board

I am getting, looking around the forum it does not look good, so I tried to back out and it has failed as well. Any suggestions.

What does "back out" mean?

@phaedrux reverse the installation of 3.3 and go to a prior version. Sorry I am IT guy.

There are no limitations on going back and forth between versions, other than requiring some files to be present in the right locations, at least not on normal Duet boards. How are you trying to go between them? Do you still have access to DWC?

DuetWiFiServer.bin
Duet2CombinedIAP.bin
Duet2CombinedFirmware.bin

In this order from my config.zip backup. I still a nub with this board, am I missing something

What firmware version do you want to go to?

The easiest way is to upload the entire firmware zip file for the version you want to the system tab in DWC.

@phaedrux That did not work either I am still showing, "Firmware: RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet 3.3 (2021-06-15)" Even thought it said it was install 3.0.

And now getting :
Error: short-to-ground reported by driver(s) 2 4 9
Error: over temperature shutdown reported by driver(s) 2 4 9

This was working this morning, not until I updated the firmware I am having all these problems, more so than what I was having with the stock firmware.

Yes there is another thread on the Troodon boards about no firmware beyond 3.0 working correctly giving driver errors etc. I have no idea why. We don't make the Troodon boards and don't know what or how it's been changed. You'd have to ask them about that. But 3.0 does appear to work.

You may be able to use USB and Bossa software to flash the 3.0 firmware directly. See if you can work your way through the fall back update procedures.
