        Hi Mark,

        We need more info.

Please post your homing files in addition to the files you have already posted.

Also what do you mean by "crashes"?

        Thanks.

@fcwilt Hey there Frederick. I solved it. X & Y limit switches were swaped even though I thought I paid particular attention to getting them right when wiring! How did that happen! I also found a pin in the connector loose.
Now I need to get the panel du5i working!
Maybe I'll get lucky and have no problems!

          Thanks so much!

            Glad you got it sorted.

What I do to avoid "crashes" is test the limit switches before actually using them for homing.

I first edit the homing files to use a very slow speed.

Then I run a macro that does this:

            M564 H0 S0 ; H0 = allow moving non-homed axes, S0 = don't limit movement to axes min/max values

Then I home each axis to be sure the movement is toward the limit switch and then I trip the limit switch by hand to be sure the movement stops.

If it looks like something is wrong I can hit the emergency stop button

Once I know that every thing is working I undo the changes I made.

              RepRapFirmware for Duet 2 WiFi/Ethernet version 3.1.1

You should look into updating to firmware 3.3 as well sooner than later.

Upload this zip file to the system tab in DWC to update in one fell swoop.
