Duet 2 Wifi board can not supply engines

Hello, we board a Duet 2 Wifi with an external antenna and have connected to our 3D Printer. Then we get the error message that the motors cannot be controlled/supplied. We took another board from you, and everything worked well. Can you help here?

the board has been replaced. To get the message again, we have to reassemble it. But that takes a few days because the printer has to be running

@peter-matthiesen Check the fuses. Without plugging the board in, and the limited information you have provided, it's impossible to say what has gone wrong and whether it is repairable.
When you get it plugged in with power supplied, see what voltage is reported. Also post M122 response.Ian
