Issues With Z endstop on Duet 3 Mini 5+ Wifi

Good day,
Ive recently replaced the mainboard in my Artillery Sidewinder X1 with tue Duet 3 Mini 5+.
ive got the Endstops configured can comfirm they work as intended, used M119 for this.Homing in X and Y works as intended
Z ignores the Triggered endstop.config.g

The Z Axis got 2 Intepended Driven Stepper, its also configured as such.

HTTP is enabled on port 80 FTP is disabled TELNET is disabled Warning: Heater 0 appears to be over-powered. If left on at full power, its temperature is predicted to reach 328C
Heater 0 is PID tuned

After some Digging, looks like there is a Active Z Probe that overwrites the Z Endstop, since it appears as always triggered when i run M119.
Tried to comment out M558 but the Z probe still appears as triggered even when no endstop is triggered on the printer itself. -
got the this solved, need to home x and y first, will add something to force it into my homez.g file
