Hello, I'm using two original magnetic sensors. Using pressure advance (PLA o PETG is the same) it very very oftenly gous in pause for low movements....I see that the minum value read that causes the pause goes from 3% to 20% so the sensors are absolutely unuseful...I'm really upset because I've paid a "lot" of money for the sensors and I've waited almost two months for having them both....have someone experienced the same issue with PA? Theese are the values during the print:

      M591 D0
      Duet3D rotating magnet filament monitor v3 on pin e0stop, enabled, sensitivity 24.78mm/rev, allow 20% to 130%, check every 3.0mm, version 3, mag 129 agc 65, measured sensitivity 25.02mm/rev, min 100% max 101% over 15.5mm

As I said I can't print anthing with PA but I can't give up PA....I'm starting to think to replace the sensors with two commons mechanical endstops but this fact really upsets me

Anyone else experiencing the same issue with PA?

@thedragonlord please post a photo showing the filament monitor, the extruder drive, and the tubing between them.

@thedragonlord that looks good. Please make the GCode file you are trying to print available on a file sharing site, and post your config.g file. Also post the results of sending M591 D# (where # is the extruder number) so that we can check the reported AGC values.

I've already done it in a previous post of mine but here they are again:

              take_snapshot_at_layer_change.g print_tpu_pressure_advance.g print_start_gcode.g print_pla_pressure_advance.g print_petg_pressure_advance.g print_end_gcode.g pressure_advance_at_layer_change.g magnetic_filament_sensors.g layer_change_actions.g config.g

Theese are all my custom g files and the config.g

here's the gcode (but it happens with ALL the gcodes regardless the material):
              GTS3D PLA Calibration Cube T0__PLA GTS3D_0.2000mm.gcode

Just not to throw away the money, is there a way to make it work "simulating" a simple mechanical switch endstop? If I set R0:130 in the M591 command what would it happen?

@thedragonlord there is a bit of duplication going on with the other thread where we are discussing this:

I apologize, you're right. Is it possible to close this thread?
