laser filament monitor - where (or when) ?

i'm trying to find laser filament monitor. when it will be available?
i have searched on proposed EU distributors and all are out of stock

@c310 we don't plan to make more because it was not sensitive enough across all the different filament types. Instead we are focusing on the magnetic filament monitor.

thank you! do you plan to make upgrade of the 2.0 version of the sensor this year? or on on the site is in stable condition and there no specific "next version date" for this product ?
and do you have any idea who in europe may have it? i was not able to find version 2.0 anywhere too

@c310 the change from previous versions to v2.0 was to increase the strength of the magnet which has allowed us to have more confidence in users printing there own housings. We may bring out a assembled version with a housing if we can get the housings manufactured at a reasonable cost. but we are not planning on changing anything functional with the design.
I think the confusion is the PCBs are version 1.7b, its just the magnetic assembly that is now v2.
Our European resellers should have stock of this as a kit - if your favourite reseller does not then please encourage them to stock up
(I just checked a few (1,2,3) and they did have stock).
