Duet 3 Mini 5+ WiFi V1.01 will only run with USB connected

Good day
My Rat Rig V-Core 3 using a Duet 3 Mini 5+ WiFi V1.01 failed mid test print and now will only run with USB connected .
I completed the 1hr long test print cube with the USB connected.
With the USB disconnected 5V & 3.3V LEDs are off, WiFi connection is lost.
24V PSU is good.
Some help with diagnosing the problem would be appreciated.....Thanks -
It sounds like the 5v regulator has failed.
Can you take a well lit close up photo of the board to see if we can notice any chip damage?
Do you notice any chips getting hot?
Have you checked the fuses? -

Fuses are good
Some light discoloration on the PCB near the fuses.
Did not notice any burning smells during setup.

Have you pulled the fuses and checked them for continuity with a multimeter?

Both the 10A & 15A Fuses are good
Any test points on the PCB worth checking? -
If the 5v and 3v LEDs only light up when USB power is applied and not VIN and fuses are good then it's the regulator.
