      I was heating the bed up for a print, then I got this error;
      Error: Failed to rename file 0:/sys/config_default.g: file not found

      I’m going through several troubleshooting pages but so far nothing.

      Printer was still heating the bed with no other errors or messages in the web console.
      I went view config files, but none to be found, no backup, no config. Bed was still heating.

      I rebooted the system and no nothing, screen just says connecting, with temps at 0. Not able to connect through Ethernet.

      I created a new config through the online config website, but SD only had 3 folders, no gcodes or macros directories. I’m back in, lost my custom config, starting over from a few months ago backup.

      I did a file check on the Original SD card and found no errors on it just missing files.

      Any idea why this would have happened? Could my Mini be going bad?
      Hopefully it was just some cosmic particle that switched a bit and corrupted my files but not the SD card itself.

      Thanks
      `mike

        Can you share the results of M122?

        When and where did you purchase the mini5?

          So far with new SD (fast samsung, was using SD card that came with unit when i lost files) I so far able to get things back and running with an older backup, SO i have to tune it back up today, but so far things work. I had checked the Original SD in windows going to give it a look under Linux.
