Warranty query - no response to email

Hi,
I emailed warranty@ on 22nd December, re. a faulty smart effector
(and ref. forum post here: https://forum.duet3d.com/topic/26432/smart-effector-poor-sensitivity )I've not had any reply or acknowledgement so far, I'm guessing the email may have got overlooked due to the christmas rush & holiday backlog etc.
Can you look in to this please?
