CR touch - can't make it work, Help please.

Hi this is my printer
Ender 5 style printer
RepRapFirmware 3.3
Updated web controls 3.3
Duet wifi 2 , Cartesian
BowdenI buy the new CR touch to replace my BLtouch
And I can’t make it working
Main issue
The CR Touch is not passing the self test stage
It means the LED is stay red instead of Switching Blue
I try the probe test but it won’t work
Can any one help me solve it
I already try to search in allover the web -
Crealit uses different wire colors than the BLTouch, so check this table to see if you've got it connected correctly.

I am having issues getting the same probe to work. I've checked the wiring and the probe extends/retracts a few time when I power up the machine. But it just buries the gantry into the z endstop when I try to use either of the bed compensation programs. Any advice is appreciated.

@creamofpantssoup It would be best to start a new thread and provide as much detail as possible including your config files and firmware versions and details of wiring.
