Wiring 4 fans to Duet 3

So I'm currently trying to build a large pellet extruder and we want to maximize the amount of cooling possible by using two heat sink fans and two extruder fans. Is it possible to configure the board to support 4 different fans?

Can you wire them in parallel?

Do they need to be thermostatically or gcode controlled or is always on enough?
