Hello, I would like to know if any of you have had this problem, my board is not recognized by the PC, I have tried many cables and installing the correct drivers without success, I have been reading in many posts that it may be a problem with the 3.3v regulator since when I connect the board only the leds (usb and 5v) turn on but the 3.3v led stays off, I measured the resistance of the regulator and I get 0, no component gets hot and there is no apparent damage, any advice on how to solve it this bug?

Can you go through this guide and let us know how far you get?

Can you post some photos of the board? Perhaps we can spot some damage.

Is this a new Duet? Has it worked in the past?

Since this is a Duet Ethernet, you can create a config.g that enables networking at boot up and it should try and obtain an IP address via DHCP. You can check your router to find the IP address and then try and connect to it. This assumes the firmware hasn't been wiped.
