Input Shaping Plugin fails

I've tried running input shaper plugin 0.2.0-pre9 on my Duet 3 MB6HC, RPI and Duet Toolboard v1.1 but the plugin never finishes.

After a minute or 2 I get the following error

and the output was this

@dhusolo what firmware version are you using? The IS plugin requires some support that is only present in the later 3.4beta releases and RCs.
