Duet Wifi is no longer working

Unfortunately my board no longer works. If I turn it on, it immediately heats Hotend and Hotbed. Through the webinterface it is no longer available, if I connect the USB cable nothing happens. -

Can you expand in the "nothing happens". Following the link that David posted, what does device manager on your PC tell you when you connect the usb cable?
