Recovering from a Heater Fault?

Is this possible? It doesn't happen often, but it would be amazing to be able to bring the printer back online and resume printing after the emergency restart…

Have you found how to resume an interrupted print (by heater fault)?
I looked everywhere I thought and couldn't found any instruction on how to resume an interrupted print in any of the following link:

There are instructions on how to reset a heater fault at the bottom of the 3rd page linked to in the previous post.
Heater faults do not pause the print automatically in the current firmware, but perhaps they should. If you catch a heater fault early enough, you could pause it, reset the heater fault, bring the heater up to temperature, and resume the print.

Just a tangent from this, my chamber heater reported a fault as it wasn't heating as fast as expected, this killed the print, when perhaps for an accessory heater like this, an arguably better behaviour would be to shut down that heater and continue printing as there is still a possibility of a successful print, or indeed pause.
Also are there any plans to have a system where faults could be notified to the user by email?
