Connecting Duet Wifi to wifi

When i start the command to M552 S0 it completes and says idle. i start the command M587 to load my network and password, all i get is M587 SNETGEAR
i do not get the S"netgear, it is all uppercase and i have no chose to add anything else. i cant find in the instructions where to fix this problem. If you could point me in the right direction that would be great! -
