Printhead breaks print

If the printhead moves over the print, the nozzle touches the print (see illustration)
I use Simplify3D and DuetWifi with cartesain printer.

Some suggestions:
1. If S3D has an "Avoid crossing perimeters" option for travel moves, enable it.
2. Use a small amount of Z lift in your retraction settings - although this can be quite slow on non-delta printers.
