      The graph always maxes out to 100Hz, but my motion analysis shows some peaks way up in the 200Hz area.

      Where is the part of the plugin's code that limits the x-axis maximum on the tuning screen.

          Just a note that multiple peaks usually means there are some loose things that get excited. The printheead ringing frequency of current printer designs usually is somewhere between 5Hz (Anet A 8 levels of stability) and 80-90Hz (V Core / Voron). Higher ringing frequency more often than not points towards overtensioned belts.
