      Hi guys,
I'm Marco, new on this comunity, it is nice to know you.
I read on the official documentation that the maximum length of cable between PanelDue and motherboard is 1 meter, I have a doubt about the maximum length of cable to transmit the signal from drivers to the motors and so on. My design expects that the distance between the motherboard and the extrusion groups is about 2.5 meters.
Is it possible to do this ? Do you have some suggestions or experience regarding the maximum distance between components.

      Thanks for all,

Good quality shielded cabling can help. But perhaps for the extruder you would be better served by a toolboard that uses CANBUS and power instead and keeps the motor and heater cables localized?
