Filaments - change.g for changing

I was wondering if there is a reason why we don't have an option to add a change.g file next to the load.g and unload.g in the filaments menu.

This way we could make a custom macro for the change.g file without having to add blocking messages to the load and unload macros.

Unless I missed something and it's already possible to do so?
