I'm going to make a delta similar to David's Kossel XL, so all electronics should be mounted under the heated bed. David used Duet WiFi and its WiFi module antenna fit nice between 20x20 extruder. But Duet Ethernet has addon ethernet module soldered on the main board and height of ethernet connector and board thickness are ca. 22mm totally so it is no chance this connector get through the space between 20x20 extrusions. The board drawing in the wiki specifies that there is an area in the board where the height components + PCB < 15mm. It is true for Duet WiFi but not so for Duet Ethernet, guess it should be clarified in the wiki.

Meanwhile I consider 2 options to mount Duet Ethernet under bed.
      1. Mount the board fully behind of 20x20 extrusions and route patch cord and USB cable permanently connected to the board through the slit between the extrusions.
      2. Mill a small recess in the upper extrusion with Dremel so the ethernet connector could get through. But I mind if frame rigidity can deteriorate as result.

      Any suggestion welcome.

Found the same issue with the Ethernet board on an Anycubic Kossel. I found this on thingiverse:
        https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1451938
There is also an scad file to change the size, etc. I printed two full size as shown in the stl but changed the scad file to set the hight of the circular mount to zero. I then printed two with a minimum length to bring the board up close to the 2020.
I can just get my fingers between the extrusions to plug/unplug the ethernet connector and everything else.

I think the ideal would be to start with a piece of 2060 extrusion for that side (like the other 2) and mill out areas to accommodate the Duet - with an extra bit cut out for the Ethernet connector - and the mains inlet components. By starting with a piece of 2060 extrusion, the strength should not be seriously compromised I think.

Thank you, David! But 2060 extrusion would require a serious processing, not an option for me. So I will acomodate a kind of DaveA suggestion. And it would be nice if the wiki outlines that difference between Duet WiFi and Duet Ethernet.

This is exactly what I did, Marked out using a template I made, drilled some holes and sed a jigsaw to cut two rectangular holes and a file to refine them. I then 3d printed an insert to make everything look tidy, I can post some pics later if you want to see how it looked.

Thank you, DADIY! I've already got two 2060 and two 2020 extrusions cut to size as side walls of base triangle so I'going to find solution with them.

What about mounting it like this, and just passing the cables through the slot.

I'm going to implement something like that for the moment.
