Feature Request - Create a copy of a file

I'm creating a bunch of tool files and they're all the same except for different X/Y co-ordinates.
I've already created one file so the rest would just be a copy of the other.
I would like to be able to right click an existing file and then select create a copy, rather than having to open the file and copy the values to paste into another.
