Duet Randomly Stops Printing

Hey everyone,
My printer is running a duet board and no matter the gcode file it just randomly stops printing.
Here is a snippet of the m122 which mentions hard fault. What does this mean? I just flashed a new version of firmware since I thought it was the previous firmware but the same issue happens.
The print will print normally but randomly stop at different points. Some prints do finish but some don't. No clue whats going on and would appreciate any help.

Can you please post the full M122 from after it has stopped?
When it stops printing are you able to connect to the Duet by USB and gather a M122 right then, or is the system completely unresponsive?
