Maestro Firmware update 3.1.1 to 3.4.5

I updated this board years ago from 2.0.4 to 3.1.1, now I am trying to update to 3.4.5, I click update and it ask me file to upload

DuetMaestroFirmware.bin

then it ask me if I want to install and I say yes, it does its thing and restarts.
but it still on 3.1.1 and confirmed with M115.

I also tried uploading 3.2 with no help

any ideas?

another question am I to update the web control too? DuetWebControl-SD.zip?

ah apparently I got confused and thought I was suppose to download only the files that said Maestro in it. turns out I was suppose to get the Duet2and3Firmware-3.4.5.zip , which has all the files.

It is confusing that it is listed with a bunch of other files.

Yes the easiest way to update is to just upload that complete zip file. Don't extract it first. Just upload the zip and DWC will take care of the rest.
