Superslicer config in PrusaSlicer not working correctly

I've decided to move back to PrusaSlicer as SS hasn't had an update for nearly a year.

I exported my config into Prusa with no errors, generated the gcode started printing and all looked ok.
Until the second later, where the toolhead went to a crawl and the extrusion seemed to multiply.

I realise thiswill most likely be a config setting from SS that PS doesnt interpret correctly. But I cant work out what.
Can anyone suggest what might have caused this?
