Bed FET & LED indicator question

With no connections to the bed terminals, when the bed heater is off, is the bed LED supposed to be on?

Not normally; but it's just possible that the bed mosfet could have enough leakage to light the mosfet dimly. If that's the cause, the the LED will not illuminate if a bed heater is connected.
