I'm trying to print single wall parts with polymaker lw-pla.

After some trial and error they are mostly coming out ok, but not great.

Initially I had issues with underextrusion at the start of a layer (pic below). I solved this by adding 0.15mm extra length on restart. My retraction is very high at 1.5mm as the filament appears to be quite stringy. My normal retraction length is about 0.2mm. Nf-Sunrise.

the prints now look like this. No underextrusion, but I still get quite a bulge where the inner brace meets the outer wall. I originally thought this was related to infill overlap, but as this part has no infill I dont think it is.

    Any suggestions?
