Broke Ribbon Cable for touch screen, Replacment?

The touch screen portion came unglued, and fell off in a way that kinked/cracked the ribbon cable. Everything else is totally fine.
Is there a replacement touch screen I can get? 7"

@Ottobawt if the touch screen is a PanelDue then search the web for a resistive touch membrane of the correct size with the.ribbon cable in the correct position.
