      Hello everybody.
I have some issues with Bltouch. I mounted a duet wifi in my Hypercuve evo printer.
I wiring my Bltouch like that:
red wire –>+ 5v (1st pin in the expansion slot)
brown wire –> GND (2nd pin in the expansion slot)
yellow wire –> heater 7 (31th pin in the expansion slot)

white wire –> "E0 stop" pin in duet wifi board
black wire --> "E0 GND" pin in duet wifi board

when I turn on the printer, the BLtouch goes out fot two times (it's all ok), but when I goes Z axis to home, bltouch don't work.
      What's the problem?

      Here my fw configuration:

; Configuration file for Duet WiFi (firmware version 1.17 to 1.19)

For one, I think output P7 is incompatible with bltouch for not having the right kind of hardware PWM. Going back in the wiki, I might be wrong about that but I think P6 would work. I ended up going back to P3 because that was a known working config.

I think your "S" parameters are wrong. I recall S120 and S160 turn on self test and reset, respectively.

        so shouldn't deployprobe.g be:
        M280 P3 S10 I1

        retract probe.g:
        M280 P3 S90 I1

Substitute Px for the heater (PWM) pin you want to use.

          ok,
I put the yellow wire in the 8th pin into the expansion slot.
I modify the fw like that:

          ; Endstops
          M574 Z0 S0 ; Set active low endstops
          M574 X1 Y2 S1 ; Set active high endstops
          M307 H3 A-1 C-1 D-1 ;
M558 P5 X0 Y0 Z1 H5F120 T6000 ; Set Z probe type to switch, the axes for which it is used and the dive height + speeds
          G31 P25 X9 Y10 Z1.5 ; Set Z probe trigger value, offset and trigger height
          M557 X15:215 Y15:195 S20 ; Define mesh grid

and modify the deplyprobe and retractprobe files.

          it don't work

Here's how to test a Z probe. Position the nozzle high above the bed, then send G30. The probe should deploy and start moving towards the bed. Trigger the probe by holding something under it. That should stop the movement. If it doesn't, turn the power off before the nozzle reaches the bed.
