    What happened with fans conectors?

      Hi,

      The fan controlled by temperature to FAN1, did not work, I changed and connected another fan directly to the board in FAN1 (Extract of config.g, next), and it has not worked either, raising the hotend temperature, with the addition that after a few seconds smoke has started to come out .. ..

      So with a multimeter I have measured the voltage of the connector FAN1 …. AND I MEASURED 24 V !!!!!!!!!., which I suppose this has damaged and / or burned the fan ....

      If I understand correctly, those fans are 12V, and now the connector takes 24V, I guess this will be for the update at 1.20, because as I said before I did not pass

      This is normal?
      Is there any way to get the connectors FAN0, FAN1 and FAN 2, 12V?
      Any other explanation?

        See https://duet3d.com/wiki/Connecting_and_configuring_fans. On a 24V powered printer it is normal to use 24V fans. They are readily available.
