D3 6XD When one accidentally shorts step en-neg pin to 5v?

Duet 3 6XD
What is most likely to be broken when one accidentally shorts the 5v pin to a en-neg pin?
This might have happened on the driver2 output.
No longer working is driver2, 3, 4 and 5.
Still working are driver 0 and 1 and as far as I know all other printer functions.

@P7uis if it's a V1.01 or earlier board and it still works without supplying external 5V power (which includes power through the USB connection) then my guess is that a trace carrying +5V to the 5V pins of the driver 2/3/4/5 outputs connectors has blown. Disconnect all cables connected to those output headers and use a multimeter to check whether those 5V pins are all connected together.

@dc42 Thanks, I kinda did a quick continuity measurement today but not on voltage on the pins. I will measure and verify tomorrow if that is it.

@dc42 All of the driver outputs do provide 5 volt.

@P7uis driver 2 en-neg is driven by IC U31. That IC also drives the driver 3 outputs. So that IC probably needs to be replaced.
Drivers 4 and 5 are driven by U32..

@dc42 Thanks mate, will try to source the chips and repair.
