DWC Auto scrolls system setting files up in chrome

Odd behavior which has been happening, not sure which version it started with – but DWC auto scrolls the files window back up every couple of seconds in Chrome -- I tried MS Edge and it doesn't do that in there.

I've seen this in Firefox as well. I'll guess you have you zoom set to something other than 100%. Try adjusting your zoom and see if that mitigates the bug.
