Possibly a newbie question, but can anyone tell me why I am getting 24v on the always on fan connector with the INT 5v EN jumper in place. I'm using a 24v power supply.

To get 5V on the fan connectors, you need to move the jumper on the 3-pin V_FAN jumper block to the 5V end instead of the VIN end.
