Another issue… duplicate gcode files from subdirectories

Duet Ethernet, 1.20.1RC2

The first time after my duet restarts (via power restart, M999, or emergency stop), if I upload a gcode print file, via drag/drop to the "upload" button in DWC, to a subdirectory of the main gcode directory, the file shows up TWICE: once in the subdirectory I uploaded it to, and a second time in the "root" gcode directory.

If I delete it from the root gcode directory, it (usually) remains in the subdirectory. (However, being concerned this is a FAT related issue with the same file having two FAT entries, I will usually delete it from both places and reupload.)
