      Hi,

I hope you can help me with the following problem:

E0 Trigger is used for the u axis mapped to E0
      [c]M584 U3
      M574 U2 S0[/c]

E1 Trigger is used to trigger the emergency stop
      [c]M581 E1 S0 T0 C0 [/c]

Is it further possible to use the E2 end stop to trigger "T#" without a Duex connected? I've tried:
      [c]M574 E2 S0[/c]
      [c]M581 E2 S0 T2 C0[/c]
and created the appropriate "trigger2.g" in the sys directory. But this does not seem to work.

It should be possible using the 1.21RC1 release, but not with earlier firmware.

My Duet was updated to 1.21RC1 before I wrote the above. I‘ve tried to trigger with an standard mech endstop v1.2 connected to pins 2,3 and 4 (i.e. gnd, +3.3V, E2_STOP) of the expansion connector.

Have you used the Machine Properties tab of DWC to check whether the endstop switch is recognised?

The endstop switch seems not to be recognised as the state shown in the machine properties tab remains the same. Same behavior for E3_STOP.

The cable between switch and duet and the switch itself are tested and function properly.

OK, I have made a note to test this.
