Z-Probe or E0 Stop

So, I have a z-probe on my duel extruder carriage (its a BIv25)
I'm upgrading from the rumba board to a wifi-duet, and was wondering if I connect the Z-Probe to the probe point on the board or the E0 Stop?
I'm assuming only the Z-Probe connections, but that begs the question, what is the E0 stop for?

What type of Z probe is it? The Duet has a separate Z probe connector, which is usually the best one to use, except for simple microswitches.

It's an aluminum cylinder that has a probe that gets pulled out with a magnet. It has a led on the top that indicates when it is triggered. I don't know the brand or model. 3 wires leave the probe.

What voltage does it need?

Got it, wired it into E0 stop. LED on the board blinks prettily.. Now I just need to figure out how to make the board think that is the Z.
