So, got everything wired up, things seem to be working right, except when I hit home all, it moves the carriage down about 10mm and stops.

When I manually move the Z axis, the carriage moves properly.

I tried changing M569 for all the motors to 0, and then things don't move properly at all.

Its something simple, and I'm new.

      Help?

I suspect your endstops are working in reverse, showing as triggered except when the carriages are at the tops of the towers. See https://duet3d.com/wiki/Test_endstop_switches.
