Resurrect.g is 0kb

If I unplug the printer from the main power a resurrect.g file is created but its 0Kb
I am running a meanwell 24v Power supply -
Which firmware version are you running; and what M911 command do you have in config.g?

Your S and R values are much too low. I use S20 R22. Even better would be S22 R23 if your PSU output voltage never normally dips below 22V.
